Trouble Logging In

The Smartcall Online login process consists of two steps:
  1. Dial *130*678*23# to get your One Time Pin.
  2. Then enter this & your Cell Number (eg 0820000000) on the login screen and click the Login button.
Alternatively:
  1. Alternatively, if you have been granted "PIN via SMS" permissions, type your Cell Number in the textbox on the login screen and click the "Get PIN via SMS" button to request your One Time Pin.
  2. Then add this in the One Time PIN box and click the Login button. Please note that "PIN via SMS" permissions are only allowed for some terminal clients.
